Purpose: Assist technicians in managing their ticket queues; Allow managers the ability to monitor their technician’s queues and the SLA of each ticket in the queue.
Target: NMCI Navy Marine Corp Intranet
Summary: EasyQ came a few months after finishing Execute. Execute was such a great success that another application was requested. This application used the same languages as Execute all done in HTML etc… EasyQ started off as a queue management tool used by agents to easily view their ticket queue. It quickly absorbed other tools and within 6 months replaced 3 existing tools. Over time EasyQ has evolved and even after leaving the RDM team it still continues to grow. Currently EasyQ looks like the following screenshots.

OMG lol NMCI lol tickets! This was a far gone memory till I ran by this.
